Where can I buy LAB TO BOTTLE products?

What is Pearfect Renaissance made from?
Fermented Seonghwan pear juice from Cheonan, double distilled in a copper still and aged in oak. 500 mL, 40% ABV.
How many pears go into one bottle?
More than six Seonghwan pears from Cheonan go into each bottle of Pearfect Renaissance. We buy them directly from local cooperatives and farms.
What does the name Pearfect mean?
It joins Pear and Perfect: the hope of making a perfect Korean spirit from Korean pears. Renaissance stands for something new.
What is JOSEON TEQUILA Blanco?
A spirit made by fermenting Korean pear, grape and plum with Mexican blue agave, double distilled at atmospheric pressure and aged for 100 days. 700 mL, 43% ABV.
Why is the JOSEON TEQUILA cap shaped like a gat?
The gat, the traditional Korean hat, was crafted by an artisan who makes goods for the National Museum of Korea. We wanted a bottle worth keeping on the shelf.
What awards has it won?
Pearfect Renaissance won the Monde Selection 2025 Grand Gold in Belgium, along with the Prize of the Jury and Spirit of the Year. We have also received an IWSC Bronze (UK), an SWSC Silver (Singapore), the iF Design Award 2025 and the Asia Design Prize 2025.
