About 30 mL in a shot glass. Drink it quickly and enjoy the aroma that stays.

Pour it over clear ice and let it melt slowly. The flavour changes as you go.

30 mL Pearfect, 120 mL tonic water, 5 mL lime juice and ice. A bright, crisp highball.
